At Hiddenleaf, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of food products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy, outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
As our products include dry fruits, seeds, and dry-roasted nuts & seeds, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is incorrect
- The package is tampered with at the time of delivery
Returns are not accepted for:
- Opened or consumed products
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Change of mind or taste preference
2. Reporting an Issue
To request a return or refund, customers must report the issue within 36 hours of delivery.
The request must include clear photos or videos showing the issue. Requests made after 36 hours may not be eligible for review.

3. Return Process
- Our customer support team will review the request
- If approved, return or replacement instructions will be shared
- Products, if required to be returned, must be unused and in original packaging
Hiddenleaf reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
4. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days after approval
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
5. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, Hiddenleaf may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement timelines depend on product availability.
6. Marketplace Orders
If the product was purchased via marketplaces such as Amazon or Flipkart, the return and refund process will be governed by the respective platform’s policies, in addition to this policy.
7. Right to Modify Policy
Hiddenleaf reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
