1. Shipping Coverage
Currently, Hiddenleaf ships products only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Orders placed during sales, promotions, or peak seasons may experience slightly longer processing times.
3. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines vary depending on the delivery location and courier partner:
- Metro & Tier 1 cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & other locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics constraints, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Any free shipping offers are subject to minimum order value and promotional terms.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details via email or SMS, depending on the contact information provided.
6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
Hiddenleaf is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unavailability of the recipient at the delivery location
- Courier partner delays or operational issues
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, etc.)
7. Damaged Packages During Transit
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.
If damage is noticed after delivery, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Hiddenleaf will not be liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
